Spinach Frittata



I'm always struggling to get in as much protein as I can, and this egg white breakfast easily adds 21g to start your day off right! Add a bit of spinach and onions and you have yourself a spinach frittata. You can prepare this the night before and simply heat it up in the morning.


SPINACH FRITTATA

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup egg whites
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp cooking oil (I used olive oil)
  • Salt & Pepper to Season
Instructions:
  1. Heat skill over medium heat and add cooking oil. 
  2. Once heated, add onions and spinach
  3. Pour egg whites over the onions & spinach, and cover for 5 minutes. Cook until egg whites are solid and no longer translucent. 
  4. Season with salt and pepper, I used a lemon herb seasoning. 

21 g protein, 4.4 g fat, 1 g carb
